Scientific research is an important area of the Practice. The coordinating lawyer has over 20 years of experience in legal matters, as a university professor and dean of the “Dunărea de Jos” University of Galați law Faculty, which offers the following study programs: law and public administration. Last but not least, the lawyer Florin Tudor is the director of a scientific research institute and the director of a prestigious scientific publication, present in international catalogs and databases.

 

The PhD. Florin Tudor is the author of a number of 18 specialized works, monographs, guides and dictionaries, of which two abroad, three in English and one in French. He has also published over 120 studies and scientific articles in national and international journals, collections, volumes. A number of 50 papers were presented at conferences, symposia and colloquia in the country and abroad. He has benefited from specializations and research internships in the Netherlands (International Court of Justice, Europol, International Criminal Court), Luxembourg (Court of Justice of the European Union), France (European Court of Human Rights), Germany (Academy of European Law), USA (Law Library of Congress), Spain, Belgium, Austria, Italy, etc.
